The Bengals announced the jersey numbers for the team's 2025 free agency class Wednesday. Additionally, two returning Bengals have changed their uniform numbers from last season. Here is a complete list in numerical order:
New Bengals
RB Samaje Perine: 34
Perine returns to the number he wore during his previous 61 games with the Bengals between 2019 and 2022. Perine also wore 34 last season with the Kansas City Chiefs.
LB Oren Burks: 42
Burks will look to bring his Super Bowl experience to Cincinnati, wearing the same 42 he wore with the Eagles in 2024.
LB Joe Giles-Harris: 53
The latest linebacker to join the Bengals, Giles-Harris will wear 53 in Cincinnati. He previously wore 47 while on the Bengals practice squad, but he will return to his 2023 Patriots number in 2025.
G Lucas Patrick: 62
A comfortable number for Patrick: He has worn 62 at each of his previous three stops with the Packers, Bears and Saints over his nine-year career.
WR Mitchell Tinsley: 82
Tinsley will wear a new number after previously wearing 86 with the Washington Commanders in 2023.
DT T.J. Slaton Jr.: 98
Slaton previously wore 93 in his first four seasons with the Packers, but he will move to 98 with Cincinnati.
Returners
CB Marco Wilson: 24
Wilson is flipping his jersey number from 42 to 24. Wilson returns to the 20s after wearing 20 in Arizona and 22 in New England.
C Matt Lee: 65
Lee is switching from 62 to 65. The 2024 seventh-round draft pick wore 55 at Miami.
